Welcome to the Casa Blanca Homeowners Association (CBHOA) website! This website is maintained by Affirmative Management and includes information about a host of topics including:

• FORMS for automatic dues payment, exterior modifications, registering as a new resident

• INSURANCE - Useful information about CBHOA's master insurance policy, including proof of current insurance required annually by most lenders.  Plus information about how, despite the fact that CBHOA carries earthquake insurance, you could suffer a significant loss should there be a damaging earthquake and how to protect yourself against such a loss.

• GARBAGE & RECYCLING - CBHOA's garbage & recycling rules (same as the sign on the dumpster doors, but provided here for handy reference)

• LARGE ITEM DISPOSAL - Handy links to city webpages entitled How to Get Rid of Anything and the Smart Station near 237 & Lawrence where you can dispose of just about anything -- furniture, appliances, mattresses, eWaste, etc -- most of it for free!
