DUES AUTO-PAYMENT, EXTERIOR PROJECTS, RESIDENT REGISTRATION

CBHOA has a number of forms to simplify certain tasks or help us manage the Association better, including:

• Automatic Dues Payment - This ACH form will enable you to pay your dues automatically.  There is no easier way to pay your HOA dues because you never have to write a check.  Plus ACH automatically adjusts when dues change; your bank's bill pay doesn't do that.

• Modification Request / Architectural Change Request form - Download and complete a MRF form when you plan to do a project that will be visible from outside your unit. See Rules & Guidelines webpage for examples.

• Resident Registration form - New residents: please complete a RRF form and send it to Affirmative Management so they can reach you if there is a problem in the complex that may affect you.
